as per the Insurance Services Office Manual of Burglary Insurance Information available from: INSURANCE SERVICES OFFICE 160 Water Street, N.Y., N.Y. 10038

Safe, Chest and Cabinet Classifications Each safe, chest or cabinet must be equipped with at least one combination lock except a safe or chest equipped with a key lock bearing the label "Underwriters Laboratories, Inc., Inspected Keylocked safe KL Burglary".
